Chocolate White Chip Cookies
REQUIRES SOFTENED BUTTER
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
2 cups (12 oz. package) white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in small/medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, beat butter with sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
- Gradually add flour mixture, mixing thoroughly. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by large cookie scoop or rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9 minutes. Cool on sheets for 2 minutes, then remove to a wire rack. Makes 60 cookies.

...stir them in...
...and plop your dough onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 minutes, let cool on the sheet for 2...
...and remove to a wire rack and enjoy!
