Power Bars - Part 2!

Remember those power bars I made?  Well, I made another kind of power bars - this time with chopped cashews and mini chocolate chips.

They tasted all right and I'm sure they're good for you, but I prefer the tropical fruit mix myself.  This tastes more like a queer-but-in-a-healthy-good-way granola bar.  And you can be sure that it's all natural!

To make these, just replace the 2 cups of dried fruit with 1 cup mini chocolate chips (or any size/flavor of chocolate chips) and 1 cup of chopped cashews.  You can mix and match with any combination of nuts, fruits, or chocolate/white chocolate/butterscotch/etc. chips you want.
